For example, the analysis of the property includes its registration status, including verification of the causal link between acquisitions, administrative and legal limitations imposed on properties in the region where it is located, urban planning, tax status, the legal conditions of the sellers, labor liabilities, and environmental liabilities (the latter through a prior assessment of hidden environmental damage, but without addressing mitigating measures).
